ABLE Enrichment LLC ("ABLE Enrichment," "we," "us") provides SAT preparation, college admissions consulting, and student mentorship in Latham, New York. This policy covers information collected through our website, lathamsatprep.com, and our text messaging program.
When you fill out an inquiry form or contact us, we collect the details you provide: student name, grade, and school; parent name, phone number, and email address; and the program you are interested in. If you text our business number, we receive your mobile number and the content of your messages. We also collect basic, anonymous website usage information (such as pages visited) to improve the site.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide our educational services, schedule classes and consultations, and — only with your consent — send you text messages about our programs. We do not sell your personal information.
If you opt in, ABLE Enrichment may send conversational text messages to the mobile number you provide — for example, replies to your questions, class information, and scheduling updates. We do not share your mobile number or SMS messaging data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to operate our messaging program.
We share information only as needed to run our business: with service providers that help us operate the website and deliver messages (such as our SMS provider, Twilio), and when required by law. We never sell personal information, and we never share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access. We keep inquiry and messaging records only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations.
Our programs serve school-aged students. We collect student information only as provided by a parent or legal guardian through our inquiry forms, and we use it solely to provide our educational services.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted at lathamsatprep.com/privacy-policy with its effective date.
